Cheque
- Make the Cheque payable to “Wakaf Masyarakat Singapura (WMS)”
- Cross the cheque and write the following at the back:
– “WMS”
– Your Name
– Contact Number
– Company Name (for corporate contributors only) - Fill up this Form for tracking purposes go.gov.sg/wms-cheque
- Send your cheque to:

Why do you need to nominate MUIS and not the wakaf, mosque or madrasah directly?
MUIS serves as the trusted legal custodian of all wakaf, mosque and madrasah in Singapore hence nominations can only be made through MUIS.
What happens if you do not fill up the MUIS nomination form?
All nominations will then go to MUIS general funds by default.
